We offer five main binding methods, each with distinct characteristics. Case binding (hardcover) creates the most premium product with a sewn text block glued into rigid covers. This binding is durable, lays flat when open, and supports up to 500+ pages.

Perfect binding uses a hot-melt adhesive to attach pages to a flexible spine cover, creating a clean, professional appearance similar to paperback books. It works best for 50-300 page notebooks and offers excellent print surface on the spine.

Saddle stitch binding uses staples through the fold to bind smaller notebooks (typically 8-64 pages). This is the most economical binding method and is popular for thin promotional notebooks and booklets.

Wire-O binding uses a double-loop wire that threads through punched holes along the binding edge. It allows notebooks to fold flat or wrap around completely, making it ideal for desk reference notebooks and planners.

Spiral coil binding uses a continuous plastic or metal coil. Like wire-O, it allows full page rotation and is available in a variety of coil colors to match notebook cover designs.

Total project timeline including sea freight shipping to the United States is approximately 7-9 weeks for first orders and 5-7 weeks for repeat orders. Air freight shipping reduces transit time to 5-7 days for urgent deliveries.
